The SFP-10G-LR-S-BCC is a drop-in compatible replacement for the Cisco SFP-10G-LR-S. This module delivers plug-and-play 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over single-mode fibre for Cisco switches and routers with SFP+ ports.- IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-LR compliance guarantees interoperability with any standards-compliant 10GbE equipment on the same link- SFP+ form factor, 10.3125 Gbps data rate, 1310nm wavelength, 10km reach on G.652 single-mode fibre, dual LC connector- Digital optical monitoring (DOM) support enables real-time access to temperature, laser bias current, transmit power, receive power, and supply voltage- S-Class design: Ethernet-only operation with commercial temperature range (0 to 70 degrees C), does not support FCoE, OTN, or WAN-PHY protocols- Hot-swappable design allows installation or replacement without powering down the host device- Fully compatible with 10GBASE XENPAK, X2, and XFP interfaces on the same optical link
